**What is the Opportunity?**

As a Data and systems analyst co-op, you will play a key role in providing ongoing support to the business unit in the area of data analytics, software support and electronic work packages for the various nuclear projects during the planning, training and execution windows. This support also includes ongoing risk analysis and reporting in the areas of safety, quality, production, and cost. This position reports directly to the Manager of Data and Systems Analyst. This will be a 12 month contract role.

**What You’ll Do Here**:

- Collect, manage, and interpret data to help identify trends to support various project.
- Development of series modeling based upon data gathering techniques, establishing automated workflows to support this modeling.
- Support projects and division in identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
- Development of reports, procedures and processes as required.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and project teams.
- Liaison with vendors for development of new software, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Develop and roll out training to rest of the nuclear division on new software and technologies.
- Independently required to plan, schedule, and manage own time, including taking into account the plans of others.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 3rd or 4th year Business, Computer Science or Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Understanding of business intelligent platforms and supporting platforms (preferably with Microsoft product knowledge) i.e. Power Bi, Power App, Power Automate and Excel.
- The skillset to design and implement databases to support the business unit.
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI reports and dashboards a strong asset
- Collect, manage, and interpret data to help identify trends to support the business unit.
