This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and knowledge design with a focus on reducing manual work and building repeatable systems that grow with us.You’ll work directly with various team members and business units to identify friction points and build streamlined workflows that touch everything from regulatory monitoring to internal operations (e.g. finance, marketing support).
