**Position Details**:
Department: Retail store

Rate of Pay: $22.00-$27.00/hr - Based on experience and Supplement Knowledge

Hours: Full Time 40+ hours week

**Core Competencies**:

- 5 + year(s) in Customer Service and/or Retail experience.
- 3 + years of Management experience
- 2 + year(s) experience within Natural Health product industry /health food store. (An asset)
- Problem solving and enjoy a challenge. Must be able to adapt to change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and friendly demeanour.
- High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as a team and contribute to achieving the goal of superior customer service.
- Physically able to lift 30+ lbs, remain on feet for entire shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer highest level of customer service and ensure all staff are providing the same quality of service
- Educate customers and employees about supplements. Provide supplement recommendations to customers to match their health requirements.
- Merchandising. Stock shelves, create displays, demos and ensure appropriate marketing is present.
- Delegate and follow up with Retail and merchandising staff
- Coach and develop a team of high performing supplement advisors and support staff
