As our firm continues to grow, we’re looking for a talented, detail-driven **Interior Design Assistant** to join our collaborative team. If you’re passionate about great design, love turning ideas into reality, and want to contribute to high-impact projects — we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior designers, clients, and consultants to bring creative visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the design process from concept through to installation
- Assisting with client meetings and communication
- Preparing design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space plans
- Reviewing floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings for accuracy and detail
- Creating specification documentation for finishes and fixtures
- Sourcing materials, samples, and furnishings aligned with design goals and budget
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout all project phases
- Managing timelines, budgets, and project logistics
- Staying current with design trends, materials, and best practices
- Presenting ideas and deliverables with clarity, confidence, and professionalism

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **4 years** of interior design experience
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (required)
- Strong technical proficiency in **SketchUp, Layout, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Deep understanding of **design principles, construction, color theory**, **and building codes**:

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and visual
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates a range of design solutions and project experience
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creating exceptional environments
