The Role Who You Are: - Your attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and effective time management skills are stellar - You have high proficiency in Click up build out for project and sales funnel management with integration of G workspace - You are highly conceptual with the ability to see the big picture, but also have a keen eye for execution and detail. - You anticipate needs, not wait for them to be told to you. You aren’t looking for a to-do list, you create them and demonstrate critical thinking with mínimal supervision - You are super-efficient. You create efficiencies to get stuff done quickly and effectively. You know where everything is when asked because you are extremely organized with a process created for every step - You are brilliant at working independently but also as a strong team player and have a "no task is too small attitude” and a willingness to learn and continue to improve - Impeccably presented and professional; upbeat and positive You Will: - Develop, implement, and optimize Click up templates and strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction across sales, marketing, and project support functions. - Collaborate with team to create click up solutions that align with business objectives and streamline processes. - Create and maintain CRM-related documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process workflows and automations. - Monitor and report on CRM performance across sales, marketing, and support functions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. - Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption and use of the CRM system across all relevant departments. - Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and best practices, and implement new features or technologies as needed. Your Technical Skills: Google Workspace - required Click up - required - Experience working with CRM systems, preferably with a focus on Clickup. - Strong understanding of CRM best practices and customer relationship management principles, with specific expertise in sales, marketing, and support functions. - Proven experience in developing and implementing Click up platform that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. - Excellent analytical skills. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences. - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in working with customer data analytics and reporting tools. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies. **Are Working Towards or Have Earned Any of the Following**: - Diploma - Undergraduate Degree **Proficient in the following skills**: - Customer Relationship Management - Software, Implementation **Job Type**: Part-time **Salary**: $30.00-$37.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Edmonton, AB T5T 4G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T5T 4G2
