**Your Role**

In the role as a **Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker**, you will have the ability to work on a variety of commercial worksites.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Familiar with various HVAC mechanical systems.
- Performing installation, repairs, and maintenance on ventilation equipment.
- Interpreting drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the HVAC systems and providing recommendations for areas of improvement
- Interpreting and understanding codes and permit processes
- Managing Apprentice Sheet Metal Works as needed

In the role as an **Apprentice or Labourer**, you will gain the opportunity to learn valuable knowledge under our employment. Experience gained will include working with commercial HVAC systems ensuring all installations are installed to code.

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assist journeymen with day-to-day tasks.
- Follow instructions to and assist the supervisor with each project.
- Acquire any necessary supplies as per the supervisor’s instruction.
- Perform other related work as required and assigned.
- Gather all supplies and tools at the end of the day and ensure that they are put away in a safe and accessible place.

**Job Requirements**
- Appropriate credentials and certifications
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

**Work Schedule**
- Hours: Monday to Saturday 7-5:30, with a predictable and balanced schedule.
