**RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to run machine shop equipment, lathe, milling machine, drill press and saw.
- Ability to TIG welding equipment is considered an asset.
- Resourceful with a proven ability to complete tasks within predetermined deadlines.
- Good work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to work as a team.
- Work in a manner that garners respect from your peers and makes others around you better.
- Resourceful with a proven ability to complete tasks within predetermined deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative to stay on top of things to allow work to flow smoothly in a busy work environment.
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
- Adjust and set up mechanical devices such as transfers, manipulators, and actuators.
