We are a General Contractor specializing in high-end custom homes and commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable and experienced Site Superintendent to lead construction activities on multiple sites.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily on-site operations and coordinate all construction activities
- Maintain and enforce project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
- Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings; CAD experience is a plus
- Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality control and safety
- Perform carpentry work when required
- Monitor and coordinate electrical, mechanical, and structural components
- Conduct site meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trades
- Maintain detailed site reports and documentation
- Be flexible and willing to work across multiple project sites
- Work extended hours or weekends when necessary to meet schedule milestones

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing full-cycle custom home construction
- Strong understanding of residential construction, including electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Carpentry skills required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

**Preferred**:

- CAD experience or background in construction drawings
- First Aid and construction safety certifications
