This is an amazing opportunity with Sirius Instrumentation and Controls Inc., a company that values its employees. The Quality Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining Quality Management System, developing, and maintaining QMS documents, conducting audits and management of the corrective/preventive actions to ensure continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015
- Conduct and host QMS and Health & safety audits.
- Manage the internal and external NCRs, participating in root cause analysis and implementing the corrective actions.
- Work closely with procurement team and suppliers to monitor the quality of purchased parts.
- Evaluate the new suppliers and maintain the approved vendors list.
- Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures, work instructions and forms.
- Oversee the maintenance of Calibration process.
- Promote Quality and Health & Safety achievement across the organization through the establishment and maintenance of KPIs.
- Analyze quality data to identify the trends and prepare reports for management.
- Facilitate the training sessions on quality and health & safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement process, by implementing 5S and Lean manufacturing techniques.
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- All other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and CSA standards.
- Knowledge about Health and Safety standard, COR.
- Experience with technical writing - including SOPs and other documentation.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and experience with ISNetworld and ERP systems.
- Engineering degree, CQE, COR, Six Sigma Lean certificates would be asset.
