**TITLE**: Coordinator, Communications Sales

SCOPE
Provide administrative support to the communications and sales department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support communications manager to issue all B2B newsletters and other documents required to showcase important information to our trade partners;
- Work collaboratively with our Travel Trade Media partners on all communication requests and projects;
- Support the implement written Press releases in both French and English;
- Answer phone calls directed to the Sales department, filter calls and respond to phone calls within the scope of the job;
- Provide internal support to the Area Sales Managers;
- Maintain adequate inventory of sales material and documents with distributions centers;
- Coordinate familiarization trips, product launches and trade shows;
- Manage Agency Profiles in all systems;
- Maintain Agency commission updates;
- Maintain incentives and agent profiles within the ACV & ME agency loyalty program;
- Coordinate ACV brochure distribution;
- Process all price match requests that come in from the trade;
- Schedule and host ACV Product webinars to the agent trade;
- Assist with the Travel Advisory board set up and organization;
- Support file adjustments from our National campaign incentives;
- Provide solutions for problem files for travel agencies/reservations;
- Participate in Product Launches and trade shows;
- Assist with the Air Canada Vacations closed Social Media Pages;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- College diploma in the tourism industry or minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience in travel and tourism;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in French and English;
- Experience with written content creation;
- ACV knowledge of product and destinations;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French;
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word. TEAMs);
- Ability to travel periodically;
- Knowledge of TTS,Backoffice,ALTEA,Sirev,Net Air systems an asset;
- Demonstrates autonomy, excellent work/organization methods, able to work under stress and act in confidential manner.
