**What you’ll do**

**Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - CSS Operations**
**Location: Toronto, ON**

**In this role, you’ll**
- Be a trusted advisor to the CSS Leadership in the Canada Market Unit (esp. CSS Market Unit Head, RVPs and Delivery Managers)
- Work closely with the colleagues within the NA CSS Field Operations Team (esp. Canada Market Units Ops Business Partner), NA CSS Controlling and the further regional community
- Steer Market Unit business performance (esp. on Top KPIs)
- Support the cadence of services franchise processes, support action plan design and execution in a proactive, consistent, and timely manner
- Use knowledge, data, and skills to provide insightful, fact-based decision-making analysis for the leadership team
- Contribute to process adoption and tool enhancements - e.g. PtD/FELIPE, Revenue Forecasting, deployed ACV
- Be a key contributor and thought leader on the use of internal tools within the company
- Support and drive the following key processes and cadences with focus on Delivery: revenue forecasting and revenue ADRM incl. revenue backlog & revenue from pipeline reviews, annual services P&L budgeting, headcount, services Top KPI target setting and execution, profit dilution and revenue leakage analysis, sale order monitoring, delivery portfolio review, month-end & quarter-end closing support
- Prepare performance metrics / KPIs, support QBRs / MU business reviews, provide content, capture trends, business insights, make recommendations, and drive improvement action plans

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience within SAP (ideally Services, Operations, Cloud-related areas)
- Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of SAP Services business processes, & tools (e.g.: PtD, ISP, backlog tool)
- First experience in Services (PMO, PM, TQM), Finance/Controlling (incl. Commissions and Accounting) or Operations
- Innovative thinker, team-player, results-oriented, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong analytical skills - effectively interpret, correlate data & make logical recommendations
- Strong business acumen - decisive sound decision-making skills related to the services business
- Organizational excellence - adept at multi-tasking, strong organizational agility & PM skills
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills - present thoughts, ideas in a logical manner
- Demonstrated ability for accuracy and thoroughness in delivery of quality outcomes
- Ability to deliver high quality under deadline pressure and in complex environments
- Proactive, with ability to anticipate, communicate, and resolve issues with mínimal guidance
- Experience in working within virtual teams across organizations
- Experience in decision making within own area of responsibility
- English: Fluent; French language a plus
