**About the team**

The Global Events audience and strategy team are creative, critical thinkers who create and drive the framework for event experiences for both proprietary and third-party events. As dreamers, we establish the vision, strategy, and objectives of event experiences that will meet the business goals. As researchers, we keep abreast of industry trends, cultural shifts, and competitor, and peer experiences. We are experts in driving SAP beyond traditional ways of thinking and pushing boundaries to curate truly meaningful experiences for our customers, partners, and prospects.

**What you’ll do**

**Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Events, Audience Acquisition and Communications**
**Location: Toronto, ON**
**Internship Duration: 12 months**

**In this role, you’ll**

We are looking for people who are eager to learn, creative and resourceful in getting things to work, and who are able to work independently and collaboratively. You are expected to:

- Support audience and third-party events in the audience acquisition and communications workstreams
- Align with the Global Events MarComm team to compile templates and assets used for events
- Create new assets or customizes existing assets to support the event when required
- Map processes and assets to create an audience acquisition and communications playbooks for audience and third-party events
- Build and manage internal SharePoint Community sites
- Manage and keep internal distribution lists for respective events
- Develop training materials and training preparation for staff briefings

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student at a university or recent graduate
- Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or English
- Computer skills: Microsoft office
- Language skills: Fluent in English
- Soft skills: excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented team player
