**Company Overview**:
Aformation Inc. is a growing small business with annual revenues under $500,000, specializing in wellness, coaching and project management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to manage our financial records on a part-time contractual basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
- Process invoices, payments, and manage expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and assist in tax preparation.
- Collaborate with external accountants during audits or financial reviews if needed
- Utilize accounting software Sage for all bookkeeping tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a small business setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software Sage 50
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
