Duties
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions

**Qualifications**:

- Bookkeeping experience in the trucking industry and bookkeeping certificate
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
