**What you will do**

We wear many hats on the customer team - we are advisors, coaches, and champions. As **Integration Coordinator**, you will use Workato to help our customers integrate their tech stack with Bridgit Bench. You are a superb problem solver and love learning new technologies. You understand the value of data and complex puzzles bring you joy. In this role, you will maintain, implement, and improve integrations for our customers, while supporting internal teams and testing new integration capabilities.

**You can expect to**:

- Work closely with customers to develop individualized integration solutions based on their tech stack and workflows.
- Focus on continuous improvement by troubleshooting, testing, and executing new integrations using our low-code/no-code integration platform.
- Be our customers’ trusted advisor on data, automation, and software solutions, as it relates to Bridgit Bench.
- Support new automation and solution initiatives to help the team scale.
- Impact account health metrics by driving expansion and renewals.
- Work closely with the customer, sales and product teams.
- Develop an understanding of REST API’s, iPaaS, and the SaaS industry as a whole.
- Work closely with the sales team to create and execute on account plans

- You have at least a year of professional experience or have just graduated from a relevant postsecondary program.
- You love learning new technologies and solving problems.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You can think on your feet and explain complex ideas in multiple ways.
- You are extremely organized and detail oriented.
- You have the desire to advance your understanding of data, automation, SaaS, and the construction industry.
