**About the Role: This is a Full-time position.**
**About The Jr. Inside Sales Representative**
The incumbent will be reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside other members on the sales team. The Jr. Inside Sales will provide customer support by assisting with order configuration, project estimation, and providing advice and solutions to issues using general industry knowledge, while developing and maintaining productive relationships with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Review project specifications to create proposals and quotations for projects.
2. Provide advice and solutions to customers using company products.
3. Receive inbound phone calls to provide customer service, information, and quotations.
4. Enter orders into an ERP system.
5. Develop strong and productive relationships with customers.
6. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
7. Highly organized with a positive attitude.
8. Desire and ability to learn.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills, tact and judgement.
10. Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
11. Able to lift up to 15lbs, may work in hot areas 5%, noise 5%.
12. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety as well as active participation in 5S activities in work area.
**Attributes, Skills and Knowledge**:
- College diploma, university degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Applicable technical aptitude preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing an asset
