**The Opportunity**:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, connecting individual customers and businesses with innovative Bell, Virgin Plus, and Lucky Mobile telecommunication products and services. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is more than just a sales role; you'll be a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

**What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities)**:

- **Drive Sales Excellence**: Consistently meet and surpass personal sales targets through proactive engagement and expert product knowledge.
- **Build Lasting Customer Relationships**: Forge strong connections by actively listening to understand customer needs, addressing concerns with empathy, and recommending the perfect products and services. Ensure an exceptional experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.
- **Become a Product Expert**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Bell, Virgin Plus, and Lucky Mobile's offerings. Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to clearly articulate the value and benefits to our customers.
- **Provide Tailored Solutions**: Identify specific customer requirements and expertly match them with the ideal telecom solutions. Clearly present product information, pricing, and contract terms to empower customers to make informed decisions.
- **Collaborate for Success**: Work closely with your colleagues, sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights to contribute to the overall success and positive culture of the team.
- **Champion the Customer Experience**: Proactively seek opportunities to exceed both external and internal customer expectations, ensuring every interaction is positive.
- **Represent the Brand with Pride**: Act as a professional ambassador for the Bell brand, embodying our commitment to quality and service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

Additional pay:
