Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Following recipes with basic and detailed instructions
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen

Experience
- Culinary school is mandatory
- Previous experience working in a kitchen setting is mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Line cook experience, making multiple dishes on order at once
