**Our expectations**:
Centralized Delivery (CD) is a program designed to deliver various products direct to customers. Reporting to the Location Manager, the Centralized Delivery Supervisor is responsible for managing the support coordinators at the Annex facility and support the CD program for Lowes Canada. The CD Supervisor will be responsible for process improvements from design to implementation to ensure the success of the program. They will work closely with operations, planning teams, and stores to ensure all CD needs and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are being met. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the motivation, training, and leadership of their team of up to 10 employees.

**Your role**:

- Lead/train/mentor a team of CD Coordinators at Annex facility. Mentor and monitor team performance; ensure team is executing assigned tasks accurately and as scheduled
- Assigns work to Coordinators taking into account available hours, skills sets and other resources to ensure operational targets are met
- Monitor Coordinator performance ensuring Coordinators are executing assigned tasks safely, accurately and as scheduled
- Design, improve and implement new and existing processes at Annex facility. Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and support on new and existing processes as well as managing change
- Work in collaboration with RDC QA (Quality Assurance) department to oversee inventory control process at Annex facility including cycle count process, problem resolution and investigation of inventory inaccuracies, handling damages and stores claims and returns
- Work cross functionally to ensure inventory is available to fulfill all CD deliveries and meet KPIs
- Ad Hoc detailed data analysis and report creation
- Liaison with stores, transportation, central delivery and coordinators to ensure process compliance
- Manage the return process, B-stock liquidation process, tag orders and RMA to ensure inventory is properly managed.
- Complete and send daily reporting
- Action reporting to resolve exceptions causing issues
- Work collaboratively with 3PL, operations, RDC CD, store and RONA appliance central teams to achieve a common goal

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Post-secondary education required
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in an operations management role; preferably in an inventory management, continuous improvement or distribution management capacity
- Ability to assess and facilitate the exchange of ideas between engineering, management, and associates
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Must be proficient and experienced with MS Excel, Word and Warehouse Management System
- Adapts to change quickly and easily with a positive outlook on process enhancements
- Demonstrates team-building skills and excellent customer service skills
