CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

ABOUT EXPENSEPOINT

ExpensePoint has become a global leader in expense report automation. We serve clients in over 106 countries. ExpensePoint is an automated employee expense management solution for small to large multinational enterprises that fully automates employee expense report processes. ExpensePoint is a multi-platform cloud-based solution available on desktop, web and mobile. Features include receipt reading and imaging, approval routing, credit card integration, mileage tracking, multi-language, and policy enforcement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to a variety of technical and service-related inquiries
- Assisting customers on how to maximize the use of ExpensePoint through effective training, guidance, and/or providing the appropriate reference material.
- Book and lead meetings with the customer regarding any of their needs, such as:

- Making changes in the system
- Connecting ExpensePoint with their accounting program
- Training on the product
- Troubleshooting issues and questions
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Use office systems such as PandaDoc, Teams, HubSpot, and Jira

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A university degree or Community College diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology of Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Dedicated to the principles of exceptional service; committed to responding to, anticipating and addressing customer needs for both internal and external customers.
- 2-5 years' experience in a fast-paced SaaS (Software as a Service) or Contact Centre environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately under the pressure of time restraints.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Excel skills such as using complex formulas and pivot tables
- Initiative and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bilingual in French and Spanish would be an asset.
- Experience using project management and CRM tools would be an asset

HOURS OF WORK: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

WORK LOCATION: In Person - Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
