**About** We are looking to hire a handful of Skilled Tradesman. At our core, we are a design & build construction company. We currently take on luxury pool / outdoor living projects + interior remodeling. **Scope of Work** - Assist in day to day on site operations - Lead a team of employees - Haul trailer / equipment between job sites - Operate equipment (Mini ex, Skid steer, etc) - Read job plans **Experience** We are not looking for the perfect employee, rather - we are looking to train the perfect employee. We are simply looking for a "decorated" individual (someone who has a vast knowledge / experience working a blue collar job) that can learn at a good pace. Below are some outlined trades / skillsets we use regularly: - Framing - Elevations & Grade - Concrete - Hardscape - Flooring - Pool Installation - Plumbing **Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Paid time off Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Kitchener-Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Skilled Labor: 3 years (preferred)
