Your challenge- Reporting to the Director, Revenue and Optimization, the Pricing Supervisor - Sales' mission is to support the sales growth strategy in the development of product selling prices, taking into account manufacturing costs, volume, logistics costs and any other conditions that may affect profitability in order to meet business objectives. You are also in charge of ensuring the optimization of profit margins. You manage the employees of the Pricing Department by ensuring the quality of their work and their compliance with the standards, regulations and procedures in force as well as the needs of the customers. You are also responsible for the Pricing processes in place and for ensuring that the creativity of your group is stimulated. Finally, you will train staff in the proper use of equipment and support the Pricing team to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with the price maintenance process, done with rigor within the required timeframe- Ensure compliance with business rules- Develop the skills of your team to identify value creation opportunities for the organization- Engage and motivate your team, optimize resources and ensure your team's participation in strategic markets**Responsible**
- Accurately and diligently perform your work in accordance with the business objectives set forth by your manager- Organize all of your activities to respond effectively and efficiently to needs- Adapt your methods according to internal and external needs and changes- Ensure that the members of your team determine prices with rigor and impartiality- Experiences and strengths- University degree or equivalent experience- Between 5 and 10 years as a pricer in a similar industry- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities- Leadership and collaborative spirit to inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence- The ability to address issues and problems by putting forward solutions- The ability to quickly grasp the needs of internal and external customers- A facility to accompany and advise business partners in the analysis of their needs and the search for solutions- A strong sense of responsibility- Fluency in French and English- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Knowledge of SAP software and a CRM (an asset)**Core competencies defined for this job**
