**Job Description**:
**What your day to day will look like**:
- Serve as a liaison between Head Office and the retail teams across Canada ;
- Prepare documents and reports for management teams ;
- Support the different stores with their daily retail operations such as loss prevention inquiries, employee purchases etc.. ;
- Occasionally participate in store visits, store openings and training of new store employees ;
- Draft memos and other communication tools and post on the internal intranet ;
- Participate to all related tasks.

**Qualifications required for this position**:
- Strong organizational, research and analytical skills ;
- Must be detail oriented, proactive and able to meet deadlines ;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both French and English ;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ;
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent
