Whistler Premier is now hiring for a Guest Services Agent

We have a strong team-based workplace culture here at Whistler Premier, and are looking for another enthusiastic and assertive individual to join us

Our Guest Services Agents are responsible for performing all front desk related functions, acting as the guests first and last point of contact at the hotel, and ensuring a positive experience for each guest.

Located in Whistler’s beautiful Benchlands area the Lost Lake Lodge is one of Whistler’s hidden gems. Backing onto the Chateau golf course the Lost Lake Lodge is perfect for our guests wanting a quiet and relaxing stay while still easily accessing everything Whistler has to offer. Featuring fully equipped 1 and 2 bedroom suites the lodge is perfect for groups of friends or families who want all the comforts of home. Our beautiful outdoor heated pool and hot tub await our guests at the end of their long day. Come to work & leave for the day relaxed & ready to conquer whatever your Whistler's adventure has planned for you next

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Take reservations over the phone and enter them into the online system
- Enter reservations from walk-ins, direct calls and online booking agents.
- Check guests in and out
- Provide directions and recommendations within Whistler for guests
- Concierge duties such as making dinner reservations and booking activities.
- Take payments for deposits and upcoming arrivals according to our policies.
- Contact housekeeping, maintenance and house managers for any guest needs or issues and ensuring they are completed.
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management.
- Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
- Responding to quotes and inquiries.
- Deliver high quality customer service to all owners and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Professional appearance and conduct while at work.
- Dependability and punctuality.
- A positive attitude.
- Previous front desk / customer service experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Works well in a team-based environment
- Extremely Customer Service oriented.
- Valid BC drivers license - desired, not mandatory.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
