As a guest services representative, Lost & Found Agent pleasantly greet, help guests with inquiries with Lost & Found.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again.
- Keeping Lost & Found organized filtering out all goods to the RCMP on a weekly basis.
- Driving to our 3 GR locations in the valley to pickup lost & found and injured skier’s equipment daily. Also coordinating with Guest Relations to pick up and drop off dry cleaning & mail-outs to the 3 GR locations and to the cleaners & the post office.
- Keep track of Injured Skiers Equipment, signing in and signing out the equipment checking for ID with our Guests.
- Take in inquires on possibly stolen skis and boards and forwarding all inquiries to the Security Department.
- Act in a cheerful and courteous manner at all times with guests/staff.
- Work outside for long hours in varying weather conditions.
- Carry out appropriate location preparation including; daily clean up, ski/snowboard rack clean up
- Handle conflictive situations in a diplomatic manner.
- Always show up on time, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate our core values: Safety First, Striving to be the best, and showing that we care
- Friendly, animated, and enjoy interacting with and assisting guests on a continual basis.
- Team player.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in a guest service role.
- Even tempered personality.
- BC Drivers License and Drivers Abstract mandatory
- Physically fit, able to lift and move equipment on a daily basis.
- Proof of clear criminal record check.
