Food Runner

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet quality standards before serving.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and providing additional support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service areas, including the kitchen and dining room.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal preparation and service flow.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking orders and communicating with the kitchen staff effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Willingness to learn about meal preparation processes and kitchen operations.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
