Job Title: Painter

**Job Description**:
Qualifications:
1. Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years of professional painting experience.
- Experience with residential, commercial, and/or industrial painting projects preferred.
- Familiarity with various types of paint, finishes, and techniques.

2. Skills:

- Ability to prepare surfaces (e.g., sanding, patching, priming) for painting.
- Knowledge of painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, sprayers, etc.).
- Ability to mix and match colors and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
- Capable of reading blueprints and following project specifications.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.

3. Certifications (if applicable):

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA safety certifications or other safety-related training.

4. Personal Attributes:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or mudding them.
- Ensure proper cleanup and maintenance of painting tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors to ensure satisfaction.

Preferred:

- Experience with specialty coatings and finishes (e.g., faux finishes, textured coatings).
- Ability to work in high or difficult-to-reach spaces (e.g., scaffolding, ladders).
- A portfolio of previous work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
