**What You’ll Do**
- Communicate with clients to understand their project needs, offer strategic guidance, and provide regular updates.
- Manage web projects end-to-end, including gathering requirements, drafting detailed project briefs, and planning deliverables.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and assign tasks to designers, developers, and freelancers, ensuring they have all the necessary details to succeed.
- Assist in conducting rigorous quality assurance tests on websites to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Track progress, follow up on tasks, and proactively address any roadblocks.
- Utilize tools like Trello to organize and monitor projects effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and quality standards.

**What you must have**:

- Proven experience managing web design, development, or software projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with designers, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Figma, Trello, and similar project or design software.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage client relationships, resolve conflicts, and convey project updates effectively.
- Strong writing skills to draft clear, actionable instructions for the team and communicate professionally with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
