**Position Title**:Warehouse Inventory Supervisor
**Reports to**:Supply Chain Manager

**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Oversee accurate inventory management and cycle count activity.
- Effectively lead, support, and provide supervision to team.
- Follows company Health & Safety Standards and completes Safety Duties.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- Oversees cleanliness of facilities and workstations.
- All workplace issues, including barriers to high level of Customer Service, are brought to the attention of the Management team and assist in creating solutions.
- Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Create reports, do analysis of efficiencies, scheduling, audit internal systems.
- Ensure that all staff have the required training and track the recurrent training.
- Supply the training in the areas that you have been trained as a trainer.
- Facilitate the communication of critical information in a timely manner.
- Follow up with each department on any issues or concerns brought forward.
- Implement policies and procedures to create a more effective and efficient work environment.
- Directly assist the Supply Chain Manager with the operational management duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Professional Qualifications**
- Industrial Inventory Management Experience.
- Shipping and Receiving experience and working knowledge.
- Must be a people person.
- Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
- Supervisory or Management experience.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Priority management skills.
- Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and SAP
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
- Strong Problem-solving skills are required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $29.00-$32.00 per hour
