**Golden Circle Marketing Inc**. is now looking to hire a **Business Development Associate** to join our expanding Sales Team and help us with our growing marketing needs. Currently, _we are partnered with_ several different clients, ranging from telecommunications, automotive, tech, and energy efficiency. Our daily work environment is fun, fast-paced and energetic. _We focus on_ helping our clients exceed their brand awareness and revenue goals by providing world-class service, quality and value while providing an avenue to develop vibrant, enthusiastic individuals that are eager to learn and grow into leadership and management with our company.

**Business Development Associate** **will be trained to**:

- Effectively utilize our unique marketing approach and sales techniques to promote products and services of the company and its clients
- Keep in touch with existing and previous customers to ensure customer satisfaction, receive feedback, assist with emerging needs and requests, and alert on new products and services
- Effectively use learned negotiation and conversation techniques to build lasting relationships with customers and close sales in-person/ face to face
- Supervise and mentor assigned team members and train new associates
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members who prepare and run marketing and sales events
- Working closely with Business Management to coordinate schedules and locations for the promotional campaigns and events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $2,860.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
