**Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for software implementation.
- Troubleshoot software issues and perform necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the setup of computer networking components, including VPNs, firewalls, and LAN configurations.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on new systems and software functionalities.
- Maintain documentation of implementation processes, technical specifications, and client interactions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation to address any issues that may arise.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in computer networking principles and desktop support practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and various operating systems including macOS and Linux.
- Strong technical support skills with a focus on software troubleshooting and help desk operations.
- Familiarity with tools such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira, SCCM, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
