**General Responsibilities**
- Drafting and negotiating documentation for transactional, financing, corporate, commercial, banking, real estate and securities matters
- Managing transactional closings
- Conducting contract reviews for different segments of the industry
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other EKB lawyers
- Managing support staff on matters
- Participating in the development of firm knowledge management

**Position Offering**
