**Lawyer - Corporate/Commercial Solicitor 7+ Years of Experience**:
Watson Goepel LLP is a full-service downtown Vancouver firm serving clients for over 35 years. We are expanding our Corporate/Commercial group and have an immediate opening for an experienced, full-time associate with at least 7 years of general solicitor experience to join our professional and friendly team in our Vancouver office.
You will work alongside our senior lawyers and have a well-developed understanding of** commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing, real estate matters and banking and finance.**
You maintain a client-focused mindset, have superior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy, and are able to solve complex problems using your knowledge of the law. You are likeable, hardworking, have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to work as part of a team. You are a member in good standing with the Law Society of BC.
We provide a professional and collegial work environment with excellent associate mentorship opportunities and a positive office culture.
