**Description**:
We are looking for a dedicated individual who thrives on challenges and can showcase their analytical skills for an Associate position in the Plan Administration Team.

**CHALLENGES TO BE MET**:
- Use electronic mail to coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure transparency
- Define office procedures for enhancement of operations teamwork
- Ensure all transactions are processed according to company guidelines in addition to ESDC and CRA regulations
- Administer and maintain contracts according to operational and regulatory standards by ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial and government regulations to ensure compliance.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, contributing to various operational needs and projects within the organization.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service, managing front-line interactions with customers
- Security and privacy focused with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Impeccable command of the English language with proven experience to discern proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and decision-making skills
- Attentive to detail
- Experience in partnership relations and virtual management
- Adaptable to change and constantly strive to improve processes
- Possess a strong understanding of the business, products and history of Embark plan administration
- Fundamental knowledge of adult learning best practices
