Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are looking for a part time **Client Service Supervisor** who can be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Language Pathologists while also supporting our clients. Our next **Client Service Supervisor** will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.

**Skills needed for success**:

- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Solid background in pediatric setting, and comfortable with dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
- Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pediatric setting experience required
- Previous professional leadership or quality management roles considered an asset
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Member in good standing with their regulatory college.
- Previous work experience in unionized environment considered an asset
