**Here’s what you’ll be doing as a HR Analyst**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to internal stakeholders for all HR software
- Administer health and safety, performance management, benefits, and onboarding programs
- Perform quarterly HR audits of all locations
- Compile data and generate reports using HR Information System
- Assist in recruitment efforts when needed, including scheduling job fairs, conducting

interviews and making successful hiring decisions
- Compare and analyze competitor’s practices
- Creating and delivering presentations and training on HR related topics
- Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems
- Ensuring all onboarding is conducted correctly and on time for all new hires
- Creating clear communication for all employees, managers, and co-workers
- Assist finance department in payroll preparations
- Implement and manage strategic plans for all categories within budget
- Ensure confidentiality and protection of all employee information
- Provide employees a work environment that is safe and free of any harassment
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written
- Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to be adaptable and proactive in challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Excellent skills in analytics and processing data reports
- Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now considered a great asset
