**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

The Packaging Design Coordinator contributes to various packaging projects differentiated by brand, product type, and market segmentation. Most of our product offering is underwear, socks and base layer, which are packaged in a box, polybags and wrap. The packaging is the most important tool in helping the customer decide between products before opening the box.

The Packaging Design Coordinator works in collaboration with the senior packaging designer, product design team & brand manager to create timelines and strategies for executing the seasonal needs for each brand and customer. Creates and manages the technical documents of packaging for development & production in a timely manner.

**DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)**:

- Create concept for new packaging project.
- Contribute to various project and brands while working closely with the Senior Packaging Designer.
- Produce prototypes for approvals and ensure that the packaging fits and presents well.
- Communicate with printer or nominated supplier for packaging.
- Prepare documents for submission and production.
- Validate the package with its contents and take the actions necessary to execute the project.
- Communicate with Packaging Director and Senior Packaging Coordinator for new program until production release.
- Communicate with apparel designer, brand manager and customer for packaging approval.
- Follow the progression of project with supplier and with internal dept.
- Retouch photo images, when necessary.
- Answer the factory and lab coordinator needs for occurring technical questions during the development process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-5 years of packaging design experience
- Technical eye and knowledge of garments
- Independent and autonomous, while able to work in a team.
- Hands on, organized and meticulous
- Consistency with quality
- Proficient with schedules and deadlines
- Speed of execution
