**About the Opportunity**:
Join our Planning team as an Intermediate Workspace Planner We are seeking a professional with a solid technical or design background who is passionate about creating functional and innovative space plans tailored to our clients' needs. In this role, you will manage the planning pipeline and oversee junior planners while ensuring that our CAD standards are upheld. You will report to our Technical Lead/Architect, collaborating closely with our Sales team and Estimators to win new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage our space planning function by drafting, reviewing and revising test fits as required
- Manage the planning pipeline of work with Sales Team and Estimators to facilitate deals wins
- Maintain our drafting standards and test fit guidelines
- Oversee the CAD library and template, collaborating with all stakeholders to implement updates.
- Review test fits from junior planners and other resources for quality and accuracy.

**About You**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or a Diploma from a recognized Architectural Technology program.
- You bring 3-5 years of relevant experience in space planning or a similar role, with experience in workplace design considered a significant advantage.
- You possess the ability to interpret clients’ needs and translate them into efficient test fits.
- You are highly proficient in AutoCAD, and experience with Revit is a desirable asset.
- You’re comfortable working in a busy environment and can keep things on track while juggling different requests.
- You have strong space planning skills and can sketch layouts quickly, communicating your ideas clearly.
