MOMENTUM & BUS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Contract
$22.37/hour
**Application Deadline**: March 2, 2025
**The job involves**:
Enrolling guests into our rewards program at the Momentum desk and in Bus Operations, loading offers, re-printing cards, re-setting PIN numbers and providing complimentaries to qualified players based on level of play
Redeeming offers, booking show tickets and hotel rooms
Greeting buses in Bus Operations, welcoming patrons while disembarking and loading offers onto their Momentum cards
Handling high volumes of guest interactions for long periods of time
Marketing the rewards card on the gaming floor to guests
Acting as an ambassador, engaging guests to increase awareness and participation in promotions and tournaments
Confidently serves as master of ceremonies (MC), effectively engaging audiences with a microphone
Handling kiosks, registering patrons and scorekeeping during scheduled promotions shifts
Maintaining professionalism under stressful situations and prioritizing tasks
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
Previous customer service experience in Sales, Marketing or Tourism
Smart Serve certification
Knowledge of Niagara Region and surrounding areas
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional data entry skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
A dynamic, lively and outgoing personality
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS400 and CMP computer systems
