We are always looking for strong HR partners to join us in offering these services to our small and mid-sized businesses throughout the GTA.
- At least 15 years experience in corporate HR in a generalist, advisory, or management/director level role.
- CHRL designation or in progress or equivalent post-graduate education in Human Resources Management
- Must be living in the GTA and available for both on-site and virtual consultation.
- Must be self-employed independent HR with an Ontario Business Number
- Must be self-motivated, organized and possess strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
