Montréal, Canada La Confiserie Candy Labs Inc. Full time

Located at 6030 Boul Monk, Montreal, Canada, CandyLabs specializes in beautifully handcrafted hard candies with amazing taste and adorable designs.

We are Canada's first and only handcrafted candy shop. Customers will have the opportunity to watch candies being made in the boutique.

You will become a member of the Candylabs team, in the preparation and production of a variety of high-quality, handmade confections. Duties include customer service, sales, candy-making preparation, packaging, and using kitchen machinery.

A Candymaker Assistant job description, including their daily routine duties:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome, greet and assist customers in the store
- Answering queries from customers
- Giving guidance on product selection and custom orders to customers
- Keeping the store tidy and clean Responsible dealing with customer complaints
- Receiving and storing the delivery of a large amount of stock Handle phone inquiries and order placing
- Assisting Candy makers with candy preparation and packaging Provide customers candy sample
- Process and handle purchase payment transaction Merchandise, restock and maintain sales floor

What we are looking for: Bilingual, fast and efficient worker. You are dependable, hard-working, creative, willing to learn, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak holiday hours.

You must be able to work well in a team-focused environment and have the individual ability to follow recipes and directions that require basic mathematical calculations You are mature-minded and exude a professional attitude at all times.

Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.

We are looking for long-term employees whether it's part-time or full-time.

Pastry, graphic design, and photography skills or backgrounds are bonus assets.

Finally, love what you do is what we need the most.

Currently, we are looking for people that can work during the week. (Wednesday to Friday)

Poste: Assitant de Confisseur

Les principales fonctions consistent à:

- Fabrication de bonbons, coupage, étirage, cuisson du sucre, modelage.
- Emballage des bonbons dans les différents formats.
- Relation client.
- Développement de nouvelles gammes de produits de confiserie.
- Assurer dans le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, les opérations d'approvisionnement.
