Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. You will be responsible for various tasks to support the smooth operation of our establishment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Operate POS systems to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in the food industry preferred
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- French is required
