**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated Revenue Operations Analyst/Data Specialist with a solid background in revenue analysis and Salesforce analytics, accompanied by at least 3 years of experience. This role is crucial in implementing data analysis, predictive forecasting and revenue reporting across the company's systems. Your responsibilities will include establishing data governance and integrity to the highest standards, to ensure the highest quality of data is available for strategic decision-making across all groups within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Salesforce Data Governance**: Establish, oversee and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within Salesforce CRM and across integrated platforms.
- **Revenue Analysis and Reporting**: Utilize your strong acumen for revenue analysis to generate actionable insights from financial data in the CRM.
- **Data Integrity Assurance**: Vigilantly maintain the integrity of data systems, conducting regular reviews and cleanups to eliminate inaccuracies and duplications.
- **Data Cleanup Initiatives**: Proactively lead data cleanup efforts, standardizing and purifying our data sets to support precise analytics.
- **Deduplication Processes**: Develop and implement deduplication strategies to streamline data for improved operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- **Advanced Analytics Development**: Create sophisticated dashboards and reports using Salesforce CRM Analytics, delivering comprehensive data insights to all departments.
- **Strategic Support through Analytics**: Provide strategic analytics support that drives sales and revenue decisions, promoting growth and efficiency.
- **Automation and Efficiency Improvements**: Implement automation in data entry and analysis to enhance productivity and data quality across the company.
- **Systems Integration and Enhancement**: Collaborate with IT and software vendors to optimize the sales stack, including NetSuite and Mavenlink, ensuring scalability and data consistency.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with revenue analysis, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and data management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Proven track record in conducting data cleanup, standardization, and deduplication within a CRM environment.
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and other tools that enhance data analytics within a data warehouse setting.
- Experience in consolidating, integrating and reporting on company-wide data from various sources, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite and Mavenlink.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams.
