**Who we need**

We need a passionate Content Strategist ready to take the next step in their career. You will establish and execute a content strategy to captivate audiences and elevate Yorkville Education Company beginning with the Toronto Film School (TFS) brand with compelling content and a go-to-market strategy. You will play a strategic and tactical role in collaborative planning and creation of comprehensive digital content and inbound marketing programs focused on generating brand awareness, traffic, and high-quality leads inspiring and engaging audiences across the marketing funnel. Excelling in this role would mean you have incredible critical thinking and project management skills, and you are an innovative thinker. You love being highly collaborative, flexible, collegial, and genuinely are motivated to be part of a progressive academic institution.

This is a hybrid opportunity, blending remote and onsite work.

**What you will focus on**
- Content strategy. _You will lead, develop, and execute an omnichannel content strategy across all social and web platforms aligning content with our students’ journey. You will oversee the development and launch of new content channels. Leading the creation and execution of the editorial calendar along with maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates.
- Community building. _You will define and ensure consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos. You will represent Yorkville University and Toronto Film School in your strategic marketing initiatives, building community and reach, and driving growth for the business, resulting in measurable growth across all platforms.
- Research and consistency. _You will analyze data and content audits or gap analyses to ensure the uniformity of content and its alignment with business goals across marketing and communications platforms. You will stay up-to-date with emerging trends across all social platforms, ensuring demonstrable effectiveness.
- Collaboration. _You will build and nurture partnerships within Communications and Marketing to strategically build aligned content into the brand, marketing, and communications strategy and to analyze and respond to performance metrics.
