Administrative Clerk

Responsible for all Accounts Receivable and assist Accounts Payable as required
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring master records are maintained and organized.
- Producing monthly financial reports and associated action plans.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Reception duties including front desk, phone reception and sales calls, mitigate customer requests as required
- Perform a variety of tasks in support of other team members and management, using knowledge of business processes, workflow, administration, and technology.
- Organize and schedule the activities of people and allocation of resources in order to help them accomplish the company's mission.
- Support process improvements and work efficiencies
**Salary**: $15.00-$27.86 per hour
