Specializing in [residential / commercial / industrial] projects, we’re known for our professionalism, high standards of quality, and ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent or Site Manager to join our team and oversee field operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily on-site construction activities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and on-site staff
- Ensure all work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and deadlines
- Enforce health and safety standards on the job site
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain detailed reports
- Plan deliveries, manage equipment, and oversee material logistics
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Resolve technical issues and conflicts on site
- Ensure quality control at all stages of construction

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to job sites
- ASP Construction Safety Card (required in Quebec)
