STRONG Pilates Yorkville is setting a new standard for boutique fitness in Midtown Toronto — and we’re looking for a **Member Experience Manager** to elevate how our members feel seen, supported, and inspired every day.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and has a flair for client communication and design.

**YOUR ROLE INCLUDES**:

- Greeting and engaging members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing front-of-house operations and ensuring a seamless daily flow
- Assisting with membership sales, renewals, and intro offer conversions
- Writing and sending member communications using templates and CRM tools
- Following up with new members to ensure a great onboarding experience
- Supporting retail transactions and community events

**SCHEDULE DETAILS**:
This is a **flexible, part-time role** (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
The ideal schedule includes a mix of **morning, evening, and weekend shifts** to engage with members at different times of day and get to know our community.
We’ll work with you to build a schedule that fits both your availability and the studio’s needs.

**YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF**:

- You have 1+ year of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or customer service (fitness or hospitality a plus)
- You’re confident, proactive, and love connecting with people
- You know your way around Canva or similar design tools
- You’re organized, reliable, and can think on your feet
- You’re passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their best
