**Finance Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of direct reports, providing coaching, performance goal setting and related feedback with appropriate delegation
- Provide structure and guidance around job costing
- Support ERP migrations and company integrations
- Provide detailed assistance in the budgeting process
- Ensure reporting is done accurately and on time
- Implement effective communication strategies for finance team
- Train and mentor employees fostering career growth and continuous improvement
- Manage performance of direct reports in a multi-location environment
- Work through annual audit process with team
- Support corporate finance initiatives
- Assist the Corporate Controller various senior level finance tasks
- Complete finance functions as required in order to ensure the smooth running of the department

**Qualifications and educational requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in leading a diverse accounting team.
- Ability to work in a multi-company environment.
- Relevant post-secondary education with diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred
- High skill in MS Excel and accounting ERP, Epicor is ideal.
- Job costing, budgeting, and ERP integration.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

**Salary**: $57,836.69-$152,262.69 per year
