**TECHNICAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, MECHANICAL SERVICE**

Position Overview

The Account Executive, Mechanical Service is part of the Mechanical Account Executive team and is responsible for communicating effectively with both internal and external clients, maintaining strong client relations, generating quotations in response to request for proposals (RFP’s), sourcing of required parts, and monitoring and aiding in the invoicing process.

The Account Executive, Mechanical Service will operate within the Mechanical Service department and report to the Director, Mechanical Service.

Key Areas of Accountability

Communication
- Communicate effectively with both external and internal clients to determine client requirements.

Client Relations
- Provide clients with sound technical advice to develop solutions in the project, maintenance and repair of their facilities.
- Prepare contract renewal documents for delivery by an Account Executive to maintain up to date service level agreements (SLA’s).
- Provide detailed documentation upon Account Executive request to effectively resolve client inquiries.
- Aid in the development of the monthly maintenance schedule to ensure conservation of client equipment and satisfaction of SLA’s.

Estimating
- Generate proposals for clients to provide a scope of work for recommendations or in response to RFP’s.
- Obtain pricing for required proposals

Invoicing
- Effectively monitor the invoice creation and delivery process and provide support when necessary to ensure timely billing of client.
- Effectively communicate with clients disputing invoices to resolve or explain real or perceived discrepancies.
