Exceler8 Marketing, a strategic sales and business consulting firm, is seeking a Client Enrolment Representative to represent our telecom partner Rogers and drive Rogers’ home‑service sales. The Client Enrolment Representative maintains strong sales momentum, confirms service readiness, and supports a career path built on proven sales excellence and operational precision.
As a Client Enrolment Representative, your proficiency ensures that the sales team's efforts are fully realized in successful deployments, making you an indispensable part of the sales and service chain that drives our market success. The Client Enrolment Representative learns the specifics of our service technology and customer management platforms.
**Role Requirements for a Client Enrolment Representative**
- Ensure accurate enrolment of Rogers Ignite Internet, TV, and Voice services, confirming every detail directly with customers to build confidence in their investment.
- Help households choose the right Wi‑Fi Internet tier and dependable Home Phone configuration, positioning Rogers as the best fit for their needs.
- Provide input during team briefings, relaying customer feedback and enrolment insights to optimize sales campaigns and customer outreach.
- Guide residents through MyRogers registration, showing how the app supports easy management of Internet and TV, reinforcing product loyalty.
- Clarify installation options, contrasting self‑install kits with technician support, ensuring customers feel empowered in their choice.
- Record agreements and customer conversations in data systems, ensuring compliance while supporting future sales growth.
